Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DostMilo (the "Platform"), operated by CORE Outsourcing Services Pvt Ltd ("DostMilo", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and age
DostMilo is intended solely for adults who are at least 18 years of age. Certain experiences may carry a higher minimum age based on applicable law, venue policy or DostMilo safety requirements. By creating an account or participating in a meetup, you represent that you satisfy the applicable age requirement and agree to complete age verification where requested.
2. What DostMilo is — and is not
DostMilo is a verified, strictly platonic social-companionship marketplace. Users may pay other verified adults for time spent participating in explicitly platonic activities such as coffee, meals, walks, films and public outings. DostMilo is not a dating service, an escort service, or a marketplace for sexual services of any kind.
3. Platonic Services Policy
DostMilo facilitates social companionship and participation in lawful, platonic activities. DostMilo does not permit the offering, requesting, advertising, arranging or purchasing of sexual services, prostitution, escort services involving sexual conduct, sexual acts in exchange for money, gifts or other consideration, or any exploitation, trafficking or coercion. Violation may result in immediate restriction or termination and, where legally appropriate, escalation to competent authorities.
4. Public-meet policy
DostMilo may require or recommend that initial meetings occur at public venues. Users must not pressure another member to relocate a meetup to a private residence, hotel room or isolated location after that member has declined.
5. Accounts, roles and verification
One identity may operate as a Seeker (find company), an Earner (offer platonic companionship), or both. You must provide accurate information and complete identity and age verification where requested. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
6. Membership and payments
Access to certain features requires a paid membership. Pricing is based on role and function, not gender. At launch, the service amount agreed with a Companion may be paid directly between users; where DostMilo introduces in-platform settlement, it will be operated through a payment provider authorised under applicable Reserve Bank of India directions. All fees are subject to the pricing and tax terms displayed at the time of purchase.
7. Companion relationship
Where permitted by the applicable operating model, a Companion independently chooses whether to accept a request, the availability they offer and the activities they provide, subject to DostMilo policies. Nothing in this clause overrides any employment, labour, tax or other status that applies as a matter of law.
8. Safety features and limitation
Verification and safety features reduce certain risks but cannot guarantee another user's conduct or guarantee personal safety. Users remain responsible for exercising reasonable care and contacting emergency authorities where immediate assistance is required. DostMilo is not an emergency service.
9. Conduct and content
You agree to follow our Community Standards. We may moderate, remove or restrict content and accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, and may preserve records as required.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, suspected fraud, or risk to other users. You may stop using the Platform and request deletion at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Grievances
Complaints may be raised through our Grievance Redressal process, which operates within the timelines required by applicable law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
